DETROIT – Alicia Boler-Davis was appointed Tuesday to U.S. vice president, Customer Experience, responsible for leading General Motors’ effort to make the way customers are treated a driver for repeat purchases of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac products and services.
