Maybe the service / solution is existing for a long time, I know about it only some days ago. McDonalds in Canada has a site where customers can ask questions about the food in McDonald restaurants.
Honestly I was really surprised about this solution, because I was really not expecting from McDonalds starting a service like this. Trust is for sure an unquestionable element of a good customer relationship , so it is more then clear why MC is setting up a service like this.
Anyone dealing with social media or CX it is really worth the time to rush through the site and see how MC deals with the customers questions.
I don´t want to judge the quality of the answers, but I do want to point out that they are putting lot´s of effort in this service and they do it more straightforward then you ever would expect it.
